The most effective way to reach the goal of empowering women is to provide them with proper education and information. We focus on vocational education and workforce development for women. This includes support in the areas of job entry, retention, and promotion to managerial and leadership positions, as well as identification of opportunities for female entrepreneurship.
With this knowledge, we will eliminate the legal, regulatory and cultural barriers that prevent women from participating in their local economies.
Millions of lives full of promise: mothers who could provide for their children, daughters who could be the first to graduate from high school, and young women who could start businesses and create jobs. This is the future we can and must achieve together. Yet almost everywhere around the world, women and girls are still denied these opportunities, often simply because of their gender.

Educational Programs
Empowering women to participate in economic life is essential to build stronger economies, achieve goals for development and sustainability, and improve the quality of life for families and communities.
- Digital literacy - after enrolling in Digital Literacy program the females get a chance to be an intern in our NGO IT department or in other companies’ IT department.
- Pink Belt Master trainers – in our Pink Belt Power program they can become a self-defense instructor and work in health centers, gyms and schools.
- Vocational training – we help them to get vocational trainings, internships and employment. We can also support them to set up their own micro-business

Winning rights for women is about more than giving opportunities to any individual woman or girl; it is also about changing how countries and communities work. Developing half of the society and remaining the other half underdeveloped won’t prosper a nation. The only thing that was holding them back was the lack of training and the skill — which is what gave us a purpose.

From perfecting the art of shoemaking to securing a financial footing, they’ve come a long way. They’re proud of themselves, and so are we!
