Do we ensure we don’t let biases and lack of information hold us back from giving our victims the help they deserve? As per section 357C of IPC, a rape victim is to be MANDATORILY provided treatment free of cost, even at a private hospital.

But does this happen in reality? Are we even aware of it?

WE can make this a reality. WE can come together and try to ensure that any time a woman is attacked or feels unsafe at home, on the streets, in a new city, she is able to CALL and GET help.

Introducing the Pink Belt, a concept of an alert system which when activated alerts the police to provide timely support to a victim. If we cannot PREVENT an attack, we can try to PROVIDE the right help at a victim’s time of need.
